Dragonball the manga and the anime

Dragonball originally started as weekly issues in the famous Shonen jump magazines. Slowly it became a popular series, the author Akira Toriyama then decided to make a manga series of it.Today the manga Dragonball is sold world wide in many different languages.


Dragonball the Anime

In Febuary 1986 Toei Animation presented Dragonball onto the T.V just like the manga the anime was a great success. Dragonball has over 150 episodes with 3 movies and an aniversery special to celebrate the decade of Dragonball. The anime is shown worldwide in all languages.

This saga just shows how Goku got to know about the dragonballs.
